ELIGIBILITY: Participation in Contest is open only to legal residents of the Contest Territory who have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence as of February 13, 2018. Void outside of the Contest Territory, and where prohibited, including, but not limited to, where taxed or restricted by law.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize Winner will receive two VIP tickets for Winner and one guest to attend the Jennifer Lopez "ALL I HAVE" performance, currently scheduled to take place at the AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV on September 29, 2018 ; the opportunity for Winner and one guest to attend a Meet & Greet with Jennifer Lopez after the Performance; hotel accommodation for two nights for Winner and one guest at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas (standard, one room, double occupancy); and one dinner for Winner and one guest at Café Hollywood (up to $100 for 2 people - $50 / person).

The approximate retail value of the all prizes combined is Four Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $4,000.00).
