ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

GRAND PRIZE: The Entrant with most Entries will win a year of student loan repayments up to a maximum of $550 per month (value up to $6,600 total).

A "year of student loan repayments" is based on the fact that the median monthly repayment for users of the Credible service who attended a Pac-12 school at February 1, 2018 was $523.

Amount of "student loan repayments" to be determined by Winner providing evidence of student loan statement(s) containing "Minimum Monthly Repayment Amount". To calculate Main Prize value, Minimum Monthly Repayment Amount shall be multiplied by 12.

Main Prize to be paid by check to Winner within thirty days of end of Winner Selection Phase.

Alternate Winner: In the event the Winner does not have student loans at the date of notification that they are the Winner, they will instead receive $3,300, and can transfer an additional prize value of up to $3,300 to a friend/relative who will receive student loan repayment up to $3,300. In order to be eligible, Alternate Winner must be willing to sign disclosures and provide evidence that they have student loan debt. The Alternate Winner must also be prepared to participate in Credible's press and content needs.

Additional Prizes: Las Vegas Trip The Winner shall also be offered the opportunity to participate in a trip to Las Vegas from March 8, 2018 to March 11, 2018. The Winner shall be offered two places for the trip to Las Vegas, one for the Winner and one for a friend. The trip must take place on the dates specified above, otherwise the prize value is forfeited and the Sponsor may select a substitute winner for the Additional Prizes. The Additional Prizes shall consist of:

Economy flights to Las Vegas from nearest city airport for the Winner and a friend of their choice.

3 nights hotel accommodation in Las Vegas, at a location to be determined by Sponsor.

VIP Access to Pac-12 events, including: Two All Session Game Ticket, Two All Session VIP Hospitality Passes, Two On Court Access Passes for Trophy Presentation after Championship Game, Two Hall of Honor Event Invitations

The opportunity to double the value of the Main Prize through an "Additional Promotion". The Additional Promotion will be in the form of an on-court promotion to be announced prior to the Las Vegas trip, with terms to be agreed prior to the Additional Promotion taking place.

In the event the Winner does not have student loans, the amount of the Additional Promotion prize shall be double the value of the Giftly card (up to an additional $3,300) and double the amount applied to the friend's student loans (up to and additional $3,300).

The Total Main Prize Value excluding the Additional Promotion is: $13,170

The Maximum Value of all Prizes to be awarded is: $19,670
