ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.  Persons residing in other jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. An entrant must be at least eighteen years of age at time of entry, or the legal age of majority in his or her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a trip for two to the taping of "BlackOut" in Los Angeles, California. The Grand Prize consists of round-trip, coach-class airplane fare for two, standard-room hotel fare for two persons for three consecutive nights, a $1,000 gift card, a Nexen 4-tire package, a $500 Advance Auto Parts Gift Card, RayBan Wayfarer Remix Sunglasses, and various Gumout® and Black Magic® apparel and merchandise. Grand Prize trip will include behind-the-scenes tour of BlackOut production, a meet-and-greet with driver, Ryan Tuerck, and a guest appearance on an episode of BlackOut. The Grand Prize Winner may choose as a guest to accompany him/her on the Grand Prize trip any legal resident of the United States who is either at least eighteen years of age or a person for whom the Grand Prize Winner is a parent or legal guardian. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred. ARV of Grand Prize: $6,300

Second Place Prize: One-hundred Second Place Prize Winners will each be awarded one RTIC Tumbler branded with the Gumout® or Black Magic® logo. ARV of each Second Place Prize: $25. ARV of all Second Place Prizes: $2,500.
