Submissions will be based 50% on the theme and 25% on both Creativity and Originality.

Eligibility and Prize Information

ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. Residents of the USA Virgin Islands and all other USA territories and possessions are not eligible to participate. All entrants must be the age of majority or older at the time of entry.
