ELIGIBILITY: Open only to natural persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty United States or District of Columbia or the provinces of Canada, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. If a Potential Winner (as defined in Section 4) is at least eighteen years of age but still considered a minor in his or her jurisdiction of residence, the Prize may be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on the Potential Winner set forth herein.

GRAND PRIZE: One entrant will each receive one Omega Juicers® VSJ843RS with an ARV of three hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-five cents (USD $399.95).

The total ARV of all Prizes (each individually, a "Prize" and collectively the "Prizes") is three hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-five cents (USD $399.95).

Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Submission Period.
