ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and individuals who are physically located within, the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver's license or government issued ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

Employees, officers, managers, and directors of Hooters Restaurants, Hooters of America, LLC (collectively 'Sponsors'), Million Dollar Media, LLC (the 'Administrator'), other participating Sponsors, each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively, 'Hooters' Released Parties'), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. 'Immediate family members' includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

Grand Prize #1: Grand prize #1 consists of a trip for two to Dallas, TX, with travel dates scheduled to occur between December 28 ' 30, 2018 (subject to change, and based upon availability). Grand prize #1 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:

Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and winner designated guest, age 21 or older) from the gateway airport nearest to the winner's residence as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion to the nearest major airport servicing the Dallas, TX metro area. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;

Sponsor reserves the right to award a $150 travel stipend in lieu of airfare, if winner resides within 200 miles of Dallas, TX.

Two -nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the Dallas, TX metro area, based upon availability;

Grand Prize #2: Grand prize #2 consists of a trip for two to Miami, FL, with travel dates scheduled to occur between December 28 ' 30, 2018 (subject to change, and based upon availability). Grand prize #2 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:

Grand Prize #3: Grand prize #3 consists of a trip for two to Phoenix, AZ, with travel dates scheduled to occur between December 31, 2018 ' January 2, 2019 (subject to change, and based upon availability). Grand prize #3 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:

Grand Prize #4: Grand prize #4 consists of a trip for two to Atlanta, GA, with travel dates scheduled to occur between December 28 ' 30, 2018 (subject to change, and based upon availability). Grand prize #4 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:

Grand Prize #5: Grand prize #5 consists of a trip for two to New Orleans, LA, with travel dates scheduled to occur between December 31, 2018 ' January 2, 2019 (subject to change, and based upon availability). Grand prize #5 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:

Grand Prize #6: Grand prize #6 consists of a trip for two to Los Angeles, CA, with travel dates scheduled to occur between December 31, 2018 ' January 2, 2019 (subject to change, and based upon availability). Grand prize #6 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:

Grand Prize #7: Grand prize #7 consists of a trip for two to Santa Clara, CA, with travel dates scheduled to occur between January 6 ' 8, 2019 (subject to change, and based upon availability). The grand prize has a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,000, and includes:
