ELIGIBILITY: Open to teachers, school librarians or administrators in USA schools who are legal residents of the fifty United States, five USA Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, USA Virgin Islands), and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.
