ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to persons legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry: 18 years of age in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi and Puerto Rico.

GRAND PRIZE: The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a trip for the Winner and one guest of Winner, to New York City, to be taken within the month of January, 2020, but subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion. The trip will include: round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor's choice near Winner's primary residence in the United States to Destination, with an approximate retail value of $1,000; Two nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $1,000; $ 600 delivered in the form of a gift card to be used for ground transportation, dining and spending money; Facials for two, with an ARV of $1,300; workout class for two with an ARV of $120; Shopping spree at a Victoria's Secret retail location delivered in the form of two $500 Victoria's Secret gift cards with an ARV of $1,000 As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide the winner $1,656.60 issued in the form of a check and in the name of the winner which may be used to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner's income taxes be higher than $1,656.60, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and the check amount. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO GIFT CARDS. The prize described immediately above will hereinafter be referred to as (the "Prize" or "Prizes").

The total ARV of the Prize is $6,676.60.

The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
