Up to verified and eligible Finalist winners will each receive a trip for two between Friday, September 20 and Sunday, September 22, 2019 for the grand prize winner and one eligible guest to attend the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Festival and Daytime Stage on Friday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21, 2019. Each Finalist includes:

Round-trip domestic, coach air transportation for the winner and one eligible guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) within the 50 U.S./D.C. to Las Vegas, NV departing on Friday, September 20, 2019 and returning on Sunday, September 22, 2019;

Up to verified and eligible Grand Prize winner will receive the individual grand prize valued at $40,899.

All winners of the Finalist Prize listed above will be placed into a pool, where one person will be randomly chosen at the end of the Sweepstakes and be upgraded to be the designated GRAND PRIZE WINNER. There will be one Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize consists of an upgraded trip for two for the grand prize winner and one eligible guest to attend the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Festival and Daytime Stage on Friday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21, 2019 as stated herein. Grand Prize includes:
