ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of one of the forty-eight contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia) (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: The prize is a trip for two to Healdsburg, California. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's residence to Oakland, California for winner and one adult guest (age twenty-one [21] or older), two nights hotel standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy), a visit to and a tour of the Truett Hurst Winery in Dry Creek with winemaker Daryl Groom, dinner for two at Charlie Palmers Dry Creek Kitchen, and a $50 Uber gift card. If the winner elects to travel or partake in the Prize without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the winner. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2020; subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. The actual value of the trip may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation.

No more than one Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes.

The ARV of the Prize is $2,000.

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
