ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. The Game is open to legal residents of forty-nine states of the United States (excluding New Jersey) and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of Game Play. The Game is void in New Jersey and where prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE: A four -day/three -night "Refreshment Retreat" trip for winner and up to three travel companions to a Sponsor-specified beach destination on Sponsor-specified dates in May 2022. Trip includes:

• round-trip economy air transportation for winner and three travel companions from major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion)
• three nights' Sponsor-specified accommodations (two [2] rooms, double occupancy), ground transportation from/to airport in destination city/accommodations
• Prize also includes $2,500 towards wellness activities such as beach rentals, healthy food delivery, etc. (awarded in the form of a check for Grand Prize winner)
• $5,000 check for Grand Prize winner to help offset his/her tax liability
