THREE WINNERS: On or about 1/5/2023, a total of three random prize drawings will be held as set forth below to randomly select a total of three potential grand prize winners. Potential grand prize winners will be selected per the prize pools as set forth below and each grand prize winner shall receive one $10,000 gift card toward a Holiday Get Together with friends and/or family. Gift card as solely designated and determined by Sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card provider.

Total ARV of each grand prize award: $10,000.

Total ARV of all available grand prize awards: $30,000.

• Prize Pool 1: One grand prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entrants to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
• Prize Pool 2: One grand prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entrants to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes residing in the state of Illinois.
• Prize Pool 3: One grand prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entrants to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes residing in the state of Minnesota.

TWO HUNDRED INSTANT WINNERS: Each instant win prize winner shall receive one Pernod Ricard home bar kit including the items as outlined above, based upon availability and subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any merchandise item(s) with an alternate item of approximate equal or greater value, in its sole discretion, based upon availability.

Total Approximate Retail Value of each prize award: $100.

Total ARV of all available instant win prize awards: $20,000.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PROMOTION PRIZE AWARDS COMBINED: $50,000.
