Eligibility and Prize Information

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry and who can provide proof of U.S. residency and age. Residents of U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, and all locations not physically located within the continental United States are excluded from this Promotion.

FOUR WINNERS: Each prize will contain coupons that have an approximate retail value of $8.00 per coupon, and the ARV of all coupons combined is $416.00. Each prize is worth a total ARV of $416.00. The total value of both prizes combined is $1,664, but each prize winner will only receive one prize worth an ARV of $416.00.

The value of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the ARV thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. The actual value may vary based on retail value or expected retail value at the start of the Promotion. In the event the ARV of the prize is more than the actual retail value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

I love Tillamook cheese ever since spent a few days in a seaside town near the farm & factory. Had a Breakfast omlet with the cheese & ham in a local cafe. So good, been a big fan ever since. Would love to win so can ejoy my favorite cheese all the time. Thank you Tillamook for this opportunity.

Hi Betty! Why do you say that? The chocolate survey is definitely in the way! "last name" click your curser at edge of box and type in your name. Nope, survey doesn't go away. Even if you can't see it, your name is there. What, no SUBMIT button! Just put your cursor in 1 of the boxes you filled in and hit ENTER.
