ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 US/D.C. and Canadian provinces of ON, AB, MB, SK, NB, NL & BC, 14-19 years of age (with parent approval if a minor). $100,000 USD available in the USA and $100,000 CAD available in Canada. Void where prohibited.

FIVE WINNERS (available to entrants that used #HSSP23US in their Entry): A $10,000 USD scholarship intended to further the winner's education, awarded as a check made payable to the winner (or parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor).

FIVE WINNERS (available to entrants that used #HSSP23CAN in their Entry): A $10,000 CAD scholarship intended to further the winner's education, awarded as a cheque made payable to the winner (or parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor).

At the conclusion of the Contest Entry Period, if more than 150 entries are received for each Country Specific Hashtag, a random drawing will be conducted from among all such entries received to select 150 Entries. All random drawings, if necessary, will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., (at their office in Melville, NY USA) an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Up to 150 entries that used each Country Specific Hashtag will then be judged by Administrator to determine 25 Finalists for each Country Specific Hashtag based on the following judging criteria:

• Originality and Creativity (25%)
• Quality of Performance (25%)
• Appropriateness to Contest Theme (50%)

Finalists will then be re-judged by a panel of Sponsor-specified judges using the same criteria to determine ten potential Grand Prize winners, five for each Country Specific Hashtag.
