ELIGIBILITY: pen to permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the United States ("U.S.") and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are currently physically located and residing therein. Entrants must be eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must also have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a four night Los Cabos, Mexico vacation package for winner and one guest (hotel and air only), which includes:

• roundtrip United Airlines economy airfare for winner and Guest from the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. (excluding, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories)
• a four night, all-inclusive (meals and beverages only)
• Deluxe Ocean View Room (double-occupancy) hotel accommodation with an additional romantic dinner for two at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, Mexico (subject to availability)

Travel not valid between December 21, 2023 – January 7, 2024. Additional black-out dates may apply.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is four thousand, eight hundred, fifty-six dollars and seventy-one cents ($4,856.71).

Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
