ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding HI) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase of alcohol or purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is being conducted as a consumer sweepstakes in accordance with California Business and Professions Code Sections 17539.15 and 25600.2.

THREE WINNERS: Each winner will receive a $1,000 Gift card and a $300.00 promo code to the Franzia merchandise store. Gift cards and promo code may not be used to purchase any alcohol beverages.

The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $1,300.00.

The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $3,900.00. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner selection will be conducted by the Administrator whose interpretation of these rules and decisions related to the sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. On or about April 9, 2024, Administrator will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter without using Loyalty Points, eligible entrants may print their full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, telephone number, and the words "TWG5621651W Franz With Benefits Game Day Sweepstakes - AMOE" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: c/o Avid Marketing Group, P.O. Box 1008, Rocky Hill, CT 06067-1008. There is a limit of five Mail-in entries per person. All Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 30, 2024 and received by April 8, 2024. Each Mail-in entry equals one entry into the Sweepstakes.
