ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to persons who are of legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry in the Promotion (at least eighteen years old) and who are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding legal residents of Rhode Island, New York, Florida, and all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all overseas military installations, or any other state that prohibits this sweepstakes).

GRAND PRIZE: One Winner will be randomly drawn to win the following Prize Package:

• One LS Tractor (Model MT225s; 2023 model; "Used Condition" with normal wear and tear expected (approx. 100 hrs at start of Promotion) (ARV-$16,000.00)

ARV means "approximate retail value." Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. ARV to be adjusted based on Sponsor's continued use of the Prize items during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning any Promotion/Sweepstakes drawing will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
