ELIGIBILITY: Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least eighteen years old, at the time of entry. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

FIVE WINNERS: Five Grand Prize Rock Flights® each consisting of:

• two reserved tickets to John Legend concert with access to the VIP Peacock Lounge at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Woodinville, WA scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 21, 2024
• round-trip, economy class air transportation for two from the major airport nearest prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the concert
• one double occupancy standard hotel room for three nights/four ( 4) days
• a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation
• a tour of the winery on the day of the concert at a time determined by Live Nation

Note: Alcohol is not included in the prize. Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of Live Nation, airline and/or hotel personnel.

Approximate Retail Value of each Grand prize is: Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00), depending upon winner's point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There will be only one prize per winner.
