D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event Mousequerade Contest

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen years of age or older, each of whom is a D23 Member (General or Gold Membership) at the time of entry. To become a D23 General Member, visit https://d23.com/d23-membership/, agree to comply with the Disney Terms of Use and create an account. Becoming a D23 General Member is free. If an entrant is selected as a Finalist, entrant must be available and agrees to attend the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on August 10, 2024 with their fully-completed costume.

Three Category Prizes (3 total; 1 per Category): Each Category prize will be a Disney Gift Card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500), terms and conditions apply. If the Category Prize winner includes a group, only the designated entrant will receive the prize. Only three Category Prizes, one per Category A, B and C, will be available in the Promotion. The ARV of each Category Prize per individual is $500.

One Audience Choice Prize: The Audience Choice prize will be a Disney Gift Card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500), terms and conditions apply. If the Audience Choice Prize winner includes a group, only the designated entrant will receive the prize. Only one Audience Choice Prize will be available in the Promotion. The ARV of the Audience Choice Prize is $500.

JUDGING / FINALIST SELECTION: During the Judging Phase, eligible Submissions will be judged by a panel of qualified judges to determine up to ten finalist Submissions per Category A, B, and C, for a total of up to thirty potential finalist Submissions. If, in Sponsor's sole discretion, there are not a sufficient quantity or quality of Submissions to select ten Finalists per Category, only the qualified Submissions will be judged and selected as potential Finalists and Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to select fewer than the stated number of Finalists (or winners). The Submission Judges will score the Submissions according to the following weighted criteria ("Submission Judging Criteria"):

• Creativity and Originality of Costume(s): 50%
• Creative Use of Category Theme: 30%
• Use of Materials: 20%
