Billboard Hot 100 Challenge

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: The grand prize is a $25,000 check.

FIRST PRIZE: The first prize is two VIP tickets to a Billboard event, such as Billboard Women in Music, Billboard Latin Music Awards, Billboard Stage at SXSW, Billboard No. 1s, Billboard Country Live and Billboard Hip-Hop Live among others, with available events to be determined based on Billboard event scheduling for the 12 months following the close of the Contest Period and finalized at the conclusion of the Contest Period The first prize also consists of round-trip airfare from major airport nearest winner's home to the major airport nearest the Event and two nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) in the city where the Event is held. The approximate retail value of the first prize is $2,500.

SECOND PRIZE: The second prize is two tickets to a concert near winner's home. The second prize is awarded in the form of a $500 voucher/gift card for Ticketmaster. If the value of the voucher is less than the cost of the concert tickets, difference in prize value will not be awarded.

The total ARV of all prizes is $28,000.

WINNER DETERMINATION: At the conclusion of the Contest Period, the three Players with the most Song points will be declared the winners of the grand, first, and second prizes, subject to verification, based on their respective point totals. If there is a tie among Players for one of the top three positions, the tie will be broken as follows: the first tie-breaker will go to the Player who picks the most Songs; if Players remain tied, the second tie-breaker will go the Player who comes closest to predicting the exact peak position of any one Song; if Players remain tied, the third tie-breaker will go to the Player who picks the most Songs within the first 60 minutes of their release in the App; and, if Players remain tied, the final tie-breaker will to go to the Player who picked a Song first at the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

POINTS: Each individual Song will be awarded points as follows:

• 25 points will be awarded for selecting a Song within the first 60 minutes of the Song appearing in the App list of Song options;
• 7,500 points will be awarded for accurately predicting the exact position of a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak during the Contest Period (i.e., if Player predicts a Song will peak at No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart during the Contest Period, and the Song peaks at No. 21, then the Player will receive 7,500 points for that Song);
• 4,999 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within one position of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 4,945 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 10 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 4,790 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 20 positions of the Song 's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 4,535 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 30 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 4,180 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peal position within 40 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 3,725 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 50 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 3,170 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 60 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 2,515 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 70 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 1,760 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 80 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period;
• 905 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 90 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period; and
• 50 points will be awarded for predicting a Song's Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position within 99 positions of the Song's actual Billboard Hot 100 Chart peak position during the Contest Period.
