ELIGIBILITY: THIS GIVEAWAY IS OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AUTHORIZED RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY STATES OF THE UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, OR CANADA, EXCLUDING THE SPECIFIED EXCLUDED STATES, WHO ARE PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN SAID TERRITORY AND RESIDING THERE, AND WHO HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF THEIR REGISTRATION. THE GIVEAWAY IS NOT VALID WHERE IT IS PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE THE LAW IMPOSES RESTRICTIONS ON THE INDIVIDUAL'S PARTICIPATION. A draw will be performed with all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period set out in section 2.1. The draw will take place the week of April 22, 2024, in Quebec, in front of a witness among the employees of the Organizer, at its offices of located at 1000 Pl. Paul-Kane, Laval, QC H7C 2T2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period set out in section 2.1. The prize is limited to one per person only. The Organizer reserves its right to disqualify an Entrant or cancel an entry that does not comply with these Rules. Only the winner shall be contacted.
