I have not received the daily newsletter for several days. I do not see anything on the log since August 9. What's happening?
Hi Carol!I'm sorry for the inconvenience!It looks like your @Cox.net email address has been sending many soft errors.This could be from receiving too much email to your @Cox.net account, our email server has been soft blocked by @cox.net or many other reasons.I have just reset your soft bounces and you should start receiving the newsletter again.We currently have a solution being worked on to prevent issues like this from happening in the future.Please let me know if you receive everything like normal tomorrow.Have a great day!!!
