ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY to active SiriusXM subscribers (self-paid or an introductory trial) continuously since July 31, 2019 while meeting other geographical Conditions of Entry (see Official Rules), who are at least 18 years of age at time of Entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to New York, NY from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to winner's primary residence, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to

substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one hotel accommodation for two nights in or near New York, NY (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on August 21, 2020 and checking out on August 23, 2020; two Sandbar VIP Chillaxification tickets to Kenny Chesney on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ; one merchandise item signed by Kenny Chesney; (e) a photo opportunity with Kenny Chesney at the show on August 22, 2020 (subject to his availability); and (f) access to No Shoes Nation pre-show broadcast.
