ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia) who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive a Black Togo Birkin 25 Palladium Hardware.

Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $25,000.

On or about two days after the end of the Giveaway Entry Period, the Sponsor will select one entry for the grand prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the registration and may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified by email on or about two days after the drawing. Failure by a potential winner to respond to any contact within five days of notification will result in disqualification, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Odds of winning a Giveaway prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
