Within one week of the conclusion of each month a Dooney & Bourke Win-A-Dooney drawing takes place, Dooney & Bourke will select a winner at random from the pool of entrants. The tool used to randomly select each month's winner has passed rigorous tests for true randomness, including the current industry standard, the test suite recommended by the US National Institute for Standards and Technologies (NIST).
